Founded in 1913, Coxmoor is a popular Heathland course that has previously hosted Regional Open qualifiers and England Golf Senior open championships. Although it measures at 6,700 yards it has five par five holes on the course making it a challenge for short hitting golfers. Around the course it is known as a picturesque course that has a lot of highlights in the round with the 7th, 9th and 13th often referred to as being nice holes to play. How much will it cost to play there? Another course that allows visiting golfers to play the course through prior arrangement. It is also a course that caters well for societies and is popular amongst societies. A round of golf for a visitor is £75 and this is for a weekday round. 50. Wollaton Park Nottinghamshire Distance from my home – 65 minutes  Change in Ranking from 2019 −New entry Why has it made the list? Set in the 5,000 acres within Wollaton Park, the course is overlooked by the magnificent 16th Century Wollaton Hall. The course is known as a parkland course and contains a lot of woodland and trees which make up the majority of the on course hazards. A course that has hosted a lot of well renowned events, none more so than the Senior Open, it measures 6,445 yards and contains challenges for all abilities of golfer.  How much will it cost to play there? The course offers different rates dependent on the time of year for visitors. On the website it showed costs for March until November where a round in the week would cost £55 or £28 after 4pm (which from September onwards is not really an option. At the weekend a round would be £60, however this is not available on a Saturday and before 2pm on a Sunday.  49. Links (Newmarket) Cambridgeshire...
